9:05p - Relaxation
There's nothing like soft music to relax your nerves.
I put on some jazz MP3's - that really helped to calm me down.
Not that I wasn't already calm, but this allows me to think freely,
without the clouded judgement I would normally have after an argument.
I just listen to the music, and let my mind wander where it will.
If you haven't tried doing this, give it a try.
